Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

REFUND POLICY

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with SYENR’s service, a refund can take up to 15 working days of payment from the time of the refund approval, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. A consulting partner/ clients will be informed about the refund via email.

We request our consulting partner / clients to understand that SYENR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED policy.

The refund will be directly paid by SYENR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED to consulting partner / clients as per their refund policy.

For payments done through credit/debit cards/net banking or any other methods, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made
